Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan di UPTD BP4 Wilayah III. Metode dasar penelitian adalah deskriptif, metode pelaksanaan survei. Adapun metode penentuan responden yang digunakan yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan jumlah responden 16 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Macam data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, teknik analisis yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan koefisien determinasi (R2 ) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0.913 yang artinya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja memberikan informasi sebesar 91,3% terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan, uji koefisien secara simultan (uji F) diperoleh nilai signifikan 0.000 yang berarti variabel bebas yaitu kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan, uji koefisien secara parsial (uji t) hanya satu variabel bebas yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan, yaitu variabel motivasi. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja. ABTRACT The purpose of the research was to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on the performance of field agricultural extension workers in uptd BP4 Region III. The basic method of research is descriptive, survey implementation method. The method of determining respondents used is nonprobability sampling with the number of respondents 16 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The kinds of data used are primary and secondary data, analytical techniques used by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.913 which means leadership, motivation and work environment provide information of 91.3% to the performance of field agricultural extension workers, simultaneous coefficient test (test F) obtained a significant value of 0.000 which means free variables namely leadership, motivation and work environment affect the performance of field agricultural extension workers, partial coefficient test (t test) only one free variable that does not affect the performance of field agricultural extension workers , i.e. motivational variables.
