INTISARI
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Produk
Domestik Bruto (PDB), suku bunga BI7DRR, dan inovasi finansial sistem
pembayaran terhadap permintaan uang khususnya permintaan uang dalam arti
sempit (M1) di Indonesia periode 2016.04-2020.12. Data sekunder yang digunakan
adalah data time series yang bersumber dari publikasi Bank Indonesia (BI) dan
Kementerian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia. Analisis data pada penelitian ini
menggunakan metode Partial Adjustment Model (PAM).
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk domestik bruto tidak
berpengaruh terhadap permintaan uang. Lalu hasil dari variabel BI7DRR
berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap permintaan uang. Selanjutnya, inovasi
finansial sistem pembayaran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap permintaan
uang.
Kata kunci: PDB, BI7DRR, inovasi finansial sistem pembayaran, PAMxi
ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the impact of the Gross Domestic Product
(GDP), interest rate BI7DRR, and financial innovation in the payment system on
money demand especially narrow money (M1) in Indonesia for the period 2016.04-
2020.12. Secondary data used is time series from publications Bank Indonesia (BI)
and Ministry of Trade Republic of Indonesia. The data analysis in this research
used Partial Adjustment Model (PAM).
The results of this research indicate that gross domestic product has no
effect on the money demand. Then the results of the BI7DRR variable have a
negative and significant effect on the money demand. Furthermore, the financial
innovation of the payment system has a positive and significant effect on the money
demand.
