Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal, kepemimpinan, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan studi kasus pada CV. Estetika Indonesia The Aesthetics of Indonesia Handicraft. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk meneliti populasi atau sampel tertentu dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang bagikan kepada karyawan sebanyak 70 buah dan penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Estetika Indonesia The Aesthetics of Indonesia Handicraft Yogyakarta. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diproses dan dianalisis dengan SPSS Versi 18. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel ini berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan adanya pengaruh yang positif ini, berarti antara masing-masing variabel ini menunjukkan hubungan yang searah. Semakin meningkat nilai variabel sistem pengendalian internal, kepemimpinan, dan motivasi mengakibatkan kinerja karyawan akan meningkat juga. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan pekerjaan di masa yang akan datang yang berkaitan dengan sistem pengendalian internal, kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: sistem pengendalian internal, kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of internal control systems, leadership, and motivation on employee performance case study at CV. Aesthetics Indonesia The Aesthetics of Indonesian Handicraft. This research used quantitative research methods were used to examine the population or a particular sample in order to test the hypothesis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the employees as much as 70 pieces, and the study was conducted in the CV. Aesthetics Indonesia The Aesthetics of Indonesian Handicraft Yogyakarta. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed with SPSS version 18. The results showed that each of these variables are positive and significant effect on employee performance. Given this positive effect, means between each of these variables showed in the same direction relationship. Increasing the value of a variable system of internal control, leadership, and motivation resulted in the employee's performance will increase as well. Based on the analysis of this study resulted in recommendations for improvement of work in the future with regard to internal control systems, leadership, motivation, and employee performance.
