Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of interest rates, inflation, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), BOPO, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) on profitability (ROA) of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The population in this study were 14 Islamic Banks in Indonesia in 2014-2018 and the data sample was 70 n. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that: Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive effect on the profitability of Islamic Banks. BOPO has a negative effect on the profitability of Islamic Banks. Non-Performing Financing (NPF) has a negative effect on the profitability of Islamic Banks. Inflation has no effect on the profitability of Islamic banks. Interest rates have no effect on the profitability of Islamic banks
