Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rumah sakit menggunakan metode balanced scorecard sebagai sebuah metode yang dapat mengukur kinerja dengan memiliki empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif bisnis internal dan perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil data selama 3 tahun, yaitu dari tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2015. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder rumah sakit umum daerah sleman. Pengukuran kinerja keuangan dilihat dari pencapaian pendapatan dan perubahan biaya, perspektif pelanggan dilihat dari kepuasan pelanggan dan akusisi pelanggan, perspektif bisnis internal dilihat dari inovasi dan proses operasi. Sedangkan untuk perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran dilihat dari kepuasan karyawan, retensi karyawan dan produktivitas karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan balanced scorecard, nilai ratarata untuk masing-masing perspektif yaitu keuangan, pelanggan, bisnis internal serta pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran adalah cukup baik. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kinerja rumah sakit umum daerah sleman termasuk dalam criteria sudah cukup baik. Maka balanced scorecard dapat diterapkan pada rumah sakit umum daerah sleman. Kata Kunci: kinerja, balanced scorecard, rumah sakit ABSTRAK This study aims to measure the performance of hospitals using the balanced scorecard as a method that can measure performance by having four perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective and learning and growth perspective. The study was conducted by taking data for 3 years, ie from 2013 to 2015. Data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data Sleman district general hospitals. Measurement of financial performance seen from the achievement of revenue and cost changes, the customer perspective views of customer satisfaction and customer acquisition, internal business perspective views of innovation and operations processes. As for the learning and growth perspective views of employee satisfaction, employee retention and employee productivity. From the results of research using a balanced scorecard, the average value for each perspective namely financial, customer, internal business and learning and growth is pretty good. So it can be concluded that the performance of public hospitals were included in the criteria sleman is good enough. Then the balanced scorecard can be applied in Sleman district general hospitals.
