Analisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Stres KerjaTerhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Medan Oleh: Maria Nina Egyna Brahmana Dibimbing Oleh : Siti Hamidah dan Indah Widowati ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis budaya organisasi (2) menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan (3) menganalisis motivasi (4) menganalisis stres kerja (5) menganalisis kinerja karyawan (6) menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah kasus. Metode pengumpulan responden menggunakan Proportional stratified dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 84 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berasal dari hasil wawancara karyawan bagian produksi sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari data yang diterbitkan oleh PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Medan. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) budaya organisasi baik (2) gaya kepemimpinan cukup baik (3) motivasi baik (4) stres kerja cukup rendah (5) kinerja karyawan baik (6) Budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan departemen produksi PT Indofood Medan. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Stres Kerja Kinerja Karyawan. This research uses a quantitative approach. The research methods used is descriptive quantitative. The implementation method used is case. The respondent's collection method uses is proportional stratified with a total of 84 respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is derived from the interview results of the production part while the secondary data is derived from the data published by PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Medan. The analytical techniques used are descriptive analysis and pathway analysis. The results result showed that (1) the organizational culture is good (2) the leadership style is good enough (3) the motivation is good (4) the occupational stress is low enough (5) the employee performance is good (6) organizational culture, leadership style, motivation and occupational stress have direct and indirect impact on the employee’s performance of the production department of PT Indofood Medan.
