Abstract
This research describes the Effect of Financial Performance on stock price on the Property and
Real Estate Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary
data. Data obtained from the Property and Real Estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock
Exchange 2011-2013. In this study, the population of property and real estate companies listed
on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in a row as many as 45 companies, after the election of the
samples in accordance with the criteria specifi ed, then the number of observations obtained
as many as 42 companies. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Variables
used in this study are: stock price as the dependent variable and EPS, DER, PBV and DPS as
independent variables.
Results showed EPS, PBV, and DPS that affect stock prices, while the DER has no effect on
stock prices. It can be concluded that the investors who will invest more attention to the fi nancial
performance of the company, which is measured from the ratio of EPS, PBV and DPS. Because
it proved to be signifi cantly positive effect on stock prices.
