Abstract
The title : This study aimed to examine the effect of the involvement of users, personal technical ability, leadership support, formalization of SI development, education and training programs on the performance of Accounting Information Systems at the hotel in the city of Yogyakarta. The background of this research is the use of SIA manage your fi nances in a transparent. The data used in this study are primary data using questionnaires. The respondents are all parts of the fi nancial contained within the hotel. The method of collecting samples used in this study was convenience sampling. This study uses regression analysis to examine the direct effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable directly. The results showed that: User Involvement In Process Systems Development, Personal Technical Capabilities, Support Leader, a formalization of SI Development, Education and Training Program and signifi cant positive effect on the performance of Accounting Information Systems.
