Abstract
An innovation is needed to develop the business sector, not least in the field of tourism. One of them by developing applications that are based on Augmented Reality (AR) on mobile devices, especially the Android platform, as a media in promoting the potential of tourism in a region. AR application for a travel promotion is designed to let users easily in the search for a tourist location based on geolocation and easily obtain detailed information of a tourist attraction
