Abstract
PT. Marga Bara Tambang merupakan perusahaan swasta nasional yang bergerak di bidang penambangan batubara yang terletak di Desa Rantau Duku, Kecamatan Rantau Pandan, Kabupaten Bungo, Provinsi Jambi. PT. Marga Bara Tambang memiliki Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) seluas 199 Ha. PT. Marga Bara Tambang berencana akan membuka area tambang baru di Blok Utara, target perolehan batubara yang diinginkan dari Blok Utara adalah 30.000 ton/bulan atau 90.000 ton/triwulan dan perolehan lapisan tanah penutup 150.000 bcm/bulan atau 450.000 bcm/triwulan. Pada pengupasan triwulan pertama, volume tanah penutup sebesar 639.535,07 BCM, jumlah alat yang dibutuhkan excavator backhoe 8 unit dumptruck 32 unit. Pada pengupasan triwulan kedua, volume tanah penutup sebesar 458.191,19 BCM, jumlah alat yang dibutuhkan excavator backhoe 6 unit dumptruck 24 unit,.Pada pengupasan triwulan ketiga, volume tanah penutup sebesar 348.729,34 BCM, jumlah alat yang dibutuhkan excavator backhoe 4 unit dumptruck 18 unit. Pada pengupasan triwulan keempat, volume tanah penutup sebesar 347.870,03 BCM, jumlah alat yang dibutuhkan excavator backhoe 4 unit dumptruck 18 unit. Pada pengupasan triwulan kelima, volume tanah penutup sebesar 306.200,2 BCM, jumlah alat yang dibutuhkan excavator backhoe 4 unit dumptruck 12 unit. Secara keseluruhan volume tanah penutup sebesar 2.100.525,9 BCM. Dimensi jalan tambang yang digunakan adalah lebar jalan pada jalan lurus sebesar 9 m, lebar jalan pada tikungan 13 m, superelevasi 90 mm/m, cross slope sebesar 40 mm/m, radius tikungan sebesar 17 m dan kemiringan maksimal sebesar 10 %. Dasar pertimbangan dalam pemilihan jenis peralatan adalah tingkat produksi pengupasan tanah penutup, jarak angkut dan kapasitas peralatan yang akan digunakan. Adapun peralatan tambang yang akan digunakan sebagai berikut. Excavator Backhoe yang akan digunakan untuk mengupas material tanah penutup adalah Komatsu PC 400LCSE-7 dibutuhkan 8 unit sedangkan Dump Truck yang akan digunakan untuk mengangkut tanah penutup adalah Nissan Diesel 320 CWB dibutuhkan 32 unit. Jalan tambang dibuat dua jalur agar dapat memberikan kenyamanan bagi alat angkut yang datang dan keluar area tambang. Lebar jalan tambang dihitung berdasarkan lebar alat angkut terbesar yang akan melewati jalan tersebut. Lebar dump truck terbesar yang melewati jalan tambang mengacu pada dump truck Nissan CWB 320 yang memiliki lebar keseluruhan 2,49 m, sehingga lebar minimal jalan angkut pada jalan lurus yang aman untuk dua jalur berdasarkan perhitungan sebesar 9 m. PT. Marga Bara Coal Mine is a national private company engaged in coal mining, which is located in the village of Rantau Duku, District of Rantau Pandan, Bungo, Jambi Province. PT. Marga Bara Coal Mine Mining Business License (IUP) covering 199 ha. PT. In the fifth quarter stripping, overburden volume of 306,200.2 BCM, the number of tools required 4 units of backhoe excavator dumptruck 12 units. Overall volume of 2,100,525.9 BCM of overburden. Dimensions used mine road is the road width on a straight road by 9 m, width 13 m road on a bend, superelevation 90 mm / m, cross slope of 40 mm / m, curve radius of 17 m and a maximum slope of 10%. Basic considerations in the selection of this type of equipment is the level of production stripping overburden, haul distances and the capacity of the equipment to be used. As for the mining equipment that will be used as follows. Backhoe excavator will be used to strip the overburden material is 400LCSE Komatsu PC-7 takes 8 units while Dump Truck that will be used to transport the soil cover is Nissan Diesel 320 CWB takes 32 units. Mine made two lane road in order to provide comfort for conveyance coming in and out area of the mine. Mine road width is calculated based on the width of the largest conveyance will pass through these roads. The width of the largest dump trucks passing reference to the mine road dump truck Nissan CWB 320 which has a total width of 2.49 m, so that the minimum width of the haul roads safe on the straight road to two lanes based on calculations by 9 m.
