Abstract

Lokasi penelitian merupakan lahan bekas tambang yang tidak beroperasi lagi yang memiliki tebing yang curam serta pemanfaatan lahan bekas tambang tersebut tidak dimanfaatkan. Lahan tersebut berdasarkan RTRW Kabupetan Klaten diperuntukan sebagai lahan permukiman sehingga dapat terciptanya pembangunan yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan mendiskripsikan kondisi eksisting lahan bekas tambang, menganalisis daya dukung lahan bekas tambang untuk lahan permukiman serta untuk membuat desain arahan Pengelolaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting menggunakan metode survei dan pemetaan lapangan dengan 11 parameter berupa satuan relief, potensi banjir, kedalaman muka air tanah, kondisi rentan lereng massa batuan, Kuat tekan batuan, daya dukung material penyusun/ batuan, potensi embung, indeks pencemaran, kapasitas infiltrasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel batuan dan air bawah permukaan dengan purposive sampling serta uji laboratorium untuk mengetahui kekerasan batuan dan kualitas air. Analisis daya dukung lahan menggunakan metode pengharkatan dari parameter kondisi eksisting. Desain arahan pengelolaan dilakukan berdasarkan hasil analisis daya dukung lahan. Hasil penelitian menujukan lahan bekas tambang memiliki kondisi eksisting memiliki beberapa parameter yang belum sesuai dengan daya dukung lahan. Parameter yang belum sesuai yaitu kemiringan lereng, ketebalan tanah dan kualitas air bawah permukaan. Daya dukung lahan bekas tambang memiliki 2 kelas yaitu kelas 2 (baik) dan 3 (agak baik). Luas lahan yang memiliki daya dukung lahan kealas 2 untuk permukiman sebesar 9.596 m2 atau 97,5% dari luas keseluruhan lahan. Luas lahan yang memiliki daya dukung lahan agak baik untuk permukiman sebesar 1.364 m2 atau 2,5% dari keseluruhan luas lahan. Desain arahan pengelolaan berupa penataan lahan, yang dimulai dari tahapan pengupasan tanah hingga melakukan pengaturan permukaan lahan. The purpose of this research is to study and describe the existing condition of ex-mining land, analyze the carrying capacity of ex-mining land for residential land and to design management direction.. The method used to determine existing conditions using survey methods and field mapping with 11 parameters in the form of unit relief, potential flooding, depth of ground water level, rock mass slope vulnerable conditions, rock compressive strength, carrying capacity of the constituent / rock material, potential reservoirs, pollution indices , infiltration capacity. The technique of sampling rock and subsurface water with purposive sampling and laboratory tests to determine rock hardness and water quality. Land carrying capacity analysis uses the scaling method from the existing condition parameters. The design of management directives is based on the results of the analysis of the carrying capacity of the land.. The results of the study show that the ex-mine land has an existing condition that has several parameters that are not in accordance with the carrying capacity of the land. The parameters that have not yet met are slope, soil thickness and subsurface water quality. The carrying capacity of ex-mining land has 2 classes, namely class 2 (good) and 3 (rather good). The area of land that has a carrying capacity of land to 2 for settlements is 9,596 m2 or 97.5% of the total land area. The area of land that has a carrying capacity of land is rather good for settlements of 1,364 m2 or 2.5% of the total land area. The design of management directives is in the form of land use planning, which starts from the stage of stripping the land to adjusting the land surface.
