Abstract
This research is to test (1) the influences of antecedency factors as regulatory demands, stakeholders forces, cost factors and competitive requirements to proactive environment management, (2) the influences proactive environment management to environment performance, (3) the influences proactive environment management to business performance. Survey methods is applied in this research. The sample is the entire SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) that produce prospective commodities from Bantul regency and Sleman regency in Yogyakarta. The sample quantity is 67 SME and the technique of sampling drawing used is method purposive sampling. The research applies Path Analysis with simple regression technique. The Conclusion of all the hypotheses proposed are; (1) there are influences of anticedency factors as regulatory demands, stakeholders forces and cost factors to proactive environment management but competitive requirements no influences, (2) there are no influences of proactive environment management to environment performance, (3) and there are no influences of proactive environment management to business performance
