Abstract

Neo-colonialisme is an issue that began to appear after World War II.The concept of neo-colonialism is a new form of colonialism concept itself with a broader perception, including migration and settlements policies into the Israeli occupied territory. Jewish settlements policy has never changed when the peace negotiation between Israel and the Palestinians was conducted from 1993 until 2007, in fact the negotiation is only a pragmatic step for the long term purpose and just made the governmentposition getting strong to control critical sectors in Palestine. This neo-colonialism policy is a plan that has long been made since Yigal Allon to Ariel Sharon era in 1967, and then has a shift the motive and paradigm towards economic objectives rather than ideological since the 90's following a massive migration of Russian Jews to Israel. Key Word: migration, occupation, neo-colonialism
