Abstract
Geostatistics method is widely used to estimate the ore reserves for many deposits. Currently OK method is more popular, but it is not quite suited for handling such outlier data with highly skewed distribution. The research presents an indicator kriging as a non-linear kriging method. The appeal of the indicator kriging is to change data into discriminator; furthermore block grade estimation is done using ordinary kriging. The application of the indicator kriging method in gold deposit is more accurate
