Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh akuntabilitas dan transparansi yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan dana alokasi desa di Kecamatan Ngawen Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Pengaruh dari akuntabilitas dan transparasi ini dapat dilihat dari kinerja pemerintah kecamatan ngawen dalam hal penyajian informasi dan laporan pembanding alokasi dana desa dengan tahun sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi akuntabilitas yang dimiliki olehpemerintah Kecamatan Ngawen maka pengelolaan alokasi dana desa (ADD) yang dihasilkan akan semakin baik, termasuk dalam dimensi transparansi yang menunjukkan semakin tinggi transparansi yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah Kecamatan Ngawen maka pengelolaan alokasi dana desa (ADD) yang dihasilkan akan semakin membaik. Dalam penelitian ini dipaparkan bahwa akuntabilitas dan transparasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengelolaan alokasi dana desa khususnya di Kecamatan Ngawen Kabupaten Blora. Kata Kunci: Akuntabilitas, transparansi, pengelolaan dana desa ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the effect of accountability and transparency that occurred in the management of village allocation funds in Ngawen District, Blora Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The influence of accountability and transparency can be seen from the performance of the Ngawen sub-district government in the presentation of information and comparative reports on village fund allocation with the previous year. The results showed that the higher the accountability of the Ngawen District government, the better the management of village fund allocation (ADD) would be, including in the transparency dimension which showed the higher transparency owned by the Ngawen District government then the management of village fund allocation (ADD) produced will improve. In this study, it was explained that accountability and transparency had an influence on the management of village fund allocation, especially in the Ngawen District of Blora Regency Keywords: Accountability, transparency, management of village funds
