Abstract
The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of asset structure, Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size, growth opportunity and Business Risk, on Capital Structure. This study was made because there are still differences between the research study with each other and there is a differenc between the real state of research study with each other and there is a difference between the real of research data exisiting theory. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Popilation 93 trading companies,only 25 are selected, because it has consecutive financial statement from each compny and has profit since 2013-2017. The analysis method use is multiple lineae regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the asset structur, Liquidity, Profitability,and business Risk have significant efeect on Capital Structure. for research Company Size, growth opportunity haven’t significant effect on Capital Structur. Keywords: asset structure, liquidity, profitability, Company Size, growth opportunity, business risk, company size, tax, capital structure viii ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Stuktur Aset, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Tingkat Pertumbuhan dan Risiko Bisnis terhadap Struktur Modal. Penelitian ini dibuat karena masih terdapat perbedaan hasil penelitian ini antara penelitian yang satu dengan yang lain serta terdapat perbedaan antara keadaan riilnya dari data penelitian dengan teori yang ada. Teknik sampel penelitian digunakan purposive sampling. Populasi 93 perusahaan perdagangan, yang diambil 25 perusahaan sebagai sampel, karena memiliki laporan keuangan dan laba secara berturut-turut dan memiliki laba pada tahun 2013-2017. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Stuktur Aset, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas dan Risiko bisnis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal. Untuk Penelitian Ukuran Perusahaan Tingkat Pertumbuhan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Kata Kunci : Struktur Modal, Struktur Aset, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Tingkat Pertumbuhan, dan Risisko Bisnis.
