Abstract
The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises ( MSMEs ) has played a vry important role in the economic development of Indonesia. It has a sgnificant contribution in Gross Domestic Product ( GDP ) , and employment . There are many problems faced by MSMEs such as inadequte redit ssistance, skilled, irregular supply of raw material, and absence of organized marketing. Inadequate credit assistance is the most serious problem among of those. Kredit Usaha Rakyat ( KUR ) is government programme to solve this problem. The objective of tis programme is to enhance the productivity, efficiency and competitiveness of MSMEs. Finally , the income of the labor at MSMEs will raise , that the way of MSMEs reducing the poverty
