Abstract
The importance of Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises ( MSMEs) in national economy of Indonesia ,can be seen from its capacity not only i absorbing the labor, but also in contributing to Gross Domestic Product.. This kind of enterprise also identified as the means through which the development goals such as reducing overty, empowerment of socisty , can be realized. The aim of this paper is to identify the influence of Capital adeuacy ratio , Non Performing Loan, and BI rate to the volume of credit for MSMEs , since the bank as the institution which has played an important role in promoting this enterprises. The datas being used in this study are secondary data , taken from 2011.01 until 2014.06. By using the Error Correction Model ( ECM ) , it's shown thatin the long run Capital adequacy Ratio has a positive significant influence to the volume of MSMEs credit gived by the bank. Non Performing Loan has a negative and significant inflence , in the long run , but not in the short run, and BI rate doesn't either. The coefficient of adjustment shows that the shock happened in the period will be eliminated after three months.
