Abstract

Geologi Regional Lapangan Ketaling Barat merupakan bagian Sub Cekungan Jambi, Cekungan Sumatera Selatan. Salah satu elemen susunan stratigrafi yakni Formasi Baturaja Miocene litologi dominan Batugamping Terumbu (Karbonat) terendapakan langsung diatas Basement, terdapat dua jenis reservoir: Talang Akar Reservoir Batupasir Klastik dan Baturaja Reservoir Terumbu (Karbonatan). Menurut PT. Pertamina UBEP Jambi reservoir terbagi, yakni Platform, Phase 1 sebagai Isolated Platform dan Phase 2 sebagai Terumbu reservoir minyakbumi yang dominan serta Struktur KBS. Permasalahan mengapa Phase 2 dapat berperan sebagai reservoir minyakbumi yang dominan?. Apakah ada keterkaitan antara perkembangan fasies pengendapan terumbu dan potensinya sebagai reservoir karbonat. Keterkaitan ini akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan mengetahui perkembangan fasies pengendapan terumbu Reservoir Karbonat dari identifikasi pendekatan sekuen stratigrafi secara vertikal maupun lateral, Model Reservoir Karbonat dan pengaruh Perkembangan Fasies Pengendapan Terumbu terhadap Potensi Reservoir Karbonat. Indikasi Fasies Pengendapan Terumbu pendekatan Sekuen Stratigrafi: Batas Sekuen, Maximum Flooding Surface (MFS), Pasokan Sedimen (Secara Vertikal) dan Korelasi Waktu Batugamping (secara Horizontal) dan Indikasi Akumulasi minyakbumi perpotongan log Log Densitas dan Neutron. Model Reservoir Karbonat Baturaja berkembang keep up (transgresive) berawal patch reef satu kesatuan Batugamping Baturaja kemudian Terumbu Tiang (Pinnacle), letak Terumbu pada Slope. Indikasi Fasies penentuan batas sekuen dan maximum flooding surface (MFS). SB-1 sebagai base batugamping interval 1342, SB-2 sebagai top batugamping interval 1075, sehingga didapat ketebalan batugamping mencapai + 268 m. Indikasi keterdapatan minyak hasil indikasi fasies dengan indikasi perpotongan log densitas dan neutron dibagi beberapa bagian, yakni Res BRJ - A, Res BRJ- B dan Res BRJ – C. Res BRJ C sebagai Top Batugamping interval 1070 mD dan Res BRJ A sebagai Base Batugamping interval 1336 mD Ketebalan Batugamping mencapai + 266 m. Fasies Pengendapan Terumbu memiliki Potensi sebagai Reservoir minyakbumi. Keterkaitan pengaruh terhadap kondisi porositas yang berkembang sebagai reservoir karbonat yang baik serta kondisi hidrodinamik kedudukan perangkap stratigrafi Formasi Baturaja. Kata Kunci: Fasies, Terumbu, Log, Sekuen Stratigrafi Regional Geology of Ketaling Barat Field is part of Jambi Sub Basin, South Sumatra Basin. One element of the stratigraphic arrangement Miocene Baturaja Formation with lithology reef limestone dominant (carbonate) unconformity deposition on basement, there are two types of reservoir : Talang Akar of Sandstone Clastic Reservoir and Baturaja of Reef (carbonate). According to PT . Pertamina UBEP Jambi, reservoir is divided: The Platform, Phase-1 as Isolated Platform and Phase 2 as the dominant reef reservoirs and KBS Structure. Problems why Phase 2 can act as a reservoir of that dominant petroleum?. Is there a link between the development of depositional facies and its potential as a reef carbonate reservoir. This linkage will be examined in this study. Objectives determine the development of depositional facies of carbonate reef reservoir identification approach to sequence stratigraphy vertically and laterally, Carbonate Reservoir Model and influence the development of reef facies deposition potential Carbonate Reservoir. Indications Reef facies deposition sequence stratigraphy approach: Sequences Boundary, Maximum Flooding Surface (MFS), Sediment Supply (Vertically) and Correlation Time Limestone (Horizontally) and indications of petroleum accumulation intersection of Log Density and Neutron logs . Carbonate Reservoir models developed keep up ( transgresive ) begins with a unit patch reef limestone Baturaja then Column reefs ( Pinnacle ), the reef slope. Indication sequence facies and maximum flooding surface (MFS). SB - 1 as a base of limestone interval in 1342 , SB - 2 as the top limestone interval 1075, in order to get the thickness of the limestone reaches 268 + m . Indications of oil accumulations: indication facies with indication intersection density and neutron logs split several parts, namely Res BRJ - A , B and Res - Res BRJ - C. Res BRJ C as Top Limestone interval mD and Res 1070 BRJ A as the Base Limestone Limestone interval thickness reaches 1336 mD + 266 m. The deposition of reef facies has potential as a reservoir of petroleum. Linkage effect on porosity condition that develops as a carbonate reservoir as well as hydrodynamic conditions Baturaja Formation stratigraphic traps .
