Abstract
the current study aims to investigates Corporate Governance implementation especially in communication and technology companies in organization structure, BvDEP independence indicator, audited financial report result, and return of total assets. Country charactersistics are investigated using overall country risk and the number of technology and communication companies. This study uses sample of technology and communication companies from six ASEAN members countries. Data that obtained from OSIRIS database from year 2005 to 2007 is examined using regression analysis. The study comes up with the following results. in Asean level corporate action and return of total assets influence net profit.
