Abstract
The increasing social demand for catfish consumption makes catfish farmers difficulties in meeting those needs. KPI "Mina Sejahtera" is one group of catfish farmers in Sleman. The group was established in 2012, by leveraging existing vacant land to sideline steay catfish. But production is not ,aximized because it is cobsidered as a sidelines and not the management of catfish right.
