Abstract
Emotional intellegence could be learneds although it needed long time and process. Emotional intelelgence is a self management skill related with interpersonal/social skills which direct to mor harmonious relationship. Harmonius social interaction in one of many leadership components. Laedership with emotional intellegence are expected to be able to create better communication in the organization. This study aim to test/examine the effect of emotional intellegence components which are self recognition self control, motivation, empthaty, social skill, on the leadrship characteristics of the accounting students. Result show test emotional intellegence component statistically effect the laedership haracteristics while partial hypothese testing to leadership characteristics did not support hypothese 2-7.
