Abstract
Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki cadangan mineral sulfida dalam jumlah yang relatif besar. Hal tersebut disangkutpautkan dengan lokasi indonesia yang berada pada daerah ring of fire. Salah satu penelitian yang telah dilakukan untuk eksplorasi mineral sulfida adalah pengidentifikasian mineral sulfida orogenik pada daerah Lapangan “Gerrard”, Kabupaten Bombana, Sulawesi Tenggara dengan menggunakan metode geolistrik induksi polarisasi (IP) dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengindentifikasi zona mineralisasi berdasarkan peta penampang resistivitas dan penampang chargeability dan mendapatkan penyebaran zona mineralisasinya. Penelitian dilakukan pada Lapangan “Gerrard”, Kabupaten Bombana, Sulawesi Tenggara dengan menggunakan metode IP konfigurasi dipole-dipole sebanyak 6 lintasan. Seluruh lintasan memiliki panjang 310 meter dengan spasi 10 meter. Arah lintasan pada daerah penelitian adalah N0600E dan N1000E. Akuisisi data menghasilkan data potensial listrik (V), kuat arus (I), resistivitas semu (Rho), dan chargeability (M) dan diolah dengan menggunakan software Res2dinV hingga menghasilkan penampang resistivitas dan chargeability. Hasil pengolahan software Res2dinV juga akan digunakan untuk membuat pemodelan 3D chargeability menggunakan software RockWork. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan zona mineralisasi sulfida pada Lapangan “Gerrard” memiliki nilai chargeability >200 msec berada pada seluruh lintasan penelitian dan menyebar pada batuan metasedimen dengan nilai resistivitas 50 – 1000 ohm.m dan batuan metamorf sekis lapuk dengan nilai resisitivitas 1000 – 5000 ohm.m; dan sekis fresh dengan nilai resistivitas 5000 – 11000 ohm.m.. Penyebaran mineralisasi sulfida berada pada koordinat 377520 ; 9484450 dari kedalaman 90 m hingga kedalaman 115 m, koordinat 377390 ; 9484600 dari kedalaman 125 m hingga kedalaman 145 m, koordinat 377410 ; 9484580 dari kedalaman 180 m hingga kedalaman 215 m. Kata Kunci : metode geolistrik, induksi polarisasi, dipole-dipole, resistivity, chargeability, mineral sulfida. Indonesia is a country that has mineral reserves of sulfide mineral in relatively large amounts. It is implicated in Indonesian locations that are in the ring of fire region. One of the studies that have been conducted for sulfide mineral exploration is the identification of orogenic sulfide mineral at "Gerrard" Field, Bombana, Southeast Sulawesi using geoelectrical induced polarization (IP) method for the purpose of research to identify the mineralized zones based on pseudosection resistivity and pseudosection chargeability and to get the deployment zone of mineralization. Studies were conducted in "Gerrard" Field, Bombana, Southeast Sulawesi using induced polarization dipole-dipole configuration and has 6 tracks. Has a track length of 310 meters with 10 meters distance between spacing and azimuth track N060ºE and N100ºE. Data acquisition generates electric potential value (V), currents (I), apparent resistivity (Rho), and chargeability (M) and processed using software Res2dinV to generate pseudosection resistivity and chargeability. Res2dinV software processing results will also be used to create a chargeability 3D modeling using RockWork software. Based on research obtained sulphide mineralized zones on the "Gerrard" Field has a chargeability values >200 msec were on the whole track of research and spreads on metasediment rock with resistivity values of 50-1000 ohm.m and metamorphic rocks weathered schist with resistivity values from 1000 to 5000 ohm.m ; and fresh schist with resistivity values from 5000 to 11000 ohm.m.. Dissemination of sulphide mineralization located at coordinates 377520; 9484450 from a depth of 90 m to a depth of 115 m, the coordinates 377390; 9484600 from a depth of 125 m to a depth of 145 m, the coordinates 377410; 9484580 from a depth of 180 m to a depth of 215 m.
