Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of corporate goverance structure on value corporate in the Indonesian mining companies. This study also examines whether the intellectual capital disclosure mediate the effect the corporate. The sample of this study was 35 mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the year 2010-2012. The collected data were processed using path analysis to examnie the direct and indirect effect of corporate goverance structure on value corporate. Result of this study indicate that there is a direct effect of instiuional ownership and managerial ownership whis is compenent of corporate goverance sturcture on value corporaate. Intellectual capital disclosure has no effect on value corporate. Audit committees that is a component of corporate governance stucture, effet on intellectual capital disclosure.
