Abstract
The concept of agro-ecotourism is a commumotu apporoach became standard in the process of structuring the area of tourism, which involves people who care in it is a very important factor for the succes of the tourism product. This study was conducted in one of the northern coastal region of Java, Bojonegoro which is an area of fry climate with very little rainfall, resulting in some agricultural crops less fertile. To attract tourists as well as building the local economy to be futher improved. This type of research is the applied field research and Participatory Action Kaji ( Participatory Action Research / PAR). The best strategy for the development of the northern coastal region in Bojonegoro is to do with the concept of regional arrangement an economic development
