Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze wether eight financial ratio can be different listed and unlisted company at Jakarta Stock Exchange over the 2001 - 2003 period. The method used in the analysis are discriminant analysis.Based on stepwise statistic analysis, it is found ROE and IT can be proved to different listed and unlisted company. This result also shows, based on discriminant value there are four factors that are: ROA, ROE, IT and CR is critical factors to influence listed and unlisted company.
