Abstract
The aim of the research was to observe the abaca banana explants response to BAP and Thiamin of MS medium.The experiment was done at Biotechnology laboratory, UPN Yogyakarta. Treatments were arranged in completely randomized design with 2 factor.The first factor is BAP concentration 3 ppm, 4 ppm, 5 ppm and the second factor is Thiamin concentration 1 g/L; 2 g/Ll; 3 g/L The results showed there is an interaction with the addition of BAP 3 ppm and thiamin 2 g/L can increase the number of shoot and length of planlet.
