Abstract
The aim of this experiments was to determine effect of myo inositol and
various charcoal on the growth shoot of banana planlet.The experiment was done at
Biotechnology Laboratory, UPN Yogyakarta.
Treatments were arranged in completely randomized design with 2 factor.The
first factor is myo inositol concentration 50 mg/L; 100 mg/L;150 mg/L and the second
factor is various of charcoal; control (without charchoal) ; 2 g/L pro analys charcoal ; 2
g/L ;norit and 2 g/lL coconut active charcoal
The results showed there is an interaction with the addition of myo inositol 100
mg/L and 2 g/L coconut active charcoal significantly increased the number and length
of shoot , shoot growth time.
