Abstract
Agricultural Soil Quality of Petroleum Contaminated Effect on growth and Yield Corn in Bojonegoro East Java. This study aims to determine changes in the quality indices of petroleum contaminated soil and its effect on growth and yield of corn. The method used in this study is a survey and descriptive method. Soil and plant sampling conducted at 3 locations based on levels of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH), i.e.: Location 1 (soil contaminated with high levels of TPH>1%). Location 2 (soil contaminated with TPH levels between 0,5-1%). Location 3 (soil contaminated with low levels of TPH<0,5%). The parameters used were : rooting depth, soil porosity, respiration of CO2, TPH, bulk density, soil texture, aggregate stability, total N, C-org, available P, C/N, exchangeable K, Mg, Cation Exchangeable Capasity (CEC), pH, growth and yield of corn. The result showed that Location 1 has the lowest index of soil quality, Location 3 has the highest quality index. Location 3 gives the growth and yield of corn is the best. Soil properties that affect soil quality index are the rooting depth (r=0,89**), aggregate stability (r=-0,89**), C-org (r=-0,96**), CO2-respiration (r=-0,91**) and TPH (r=-0,96**). Rooting depth, soil quality index and TPH correlated with plant height respectively : 0,97*, 0,92*, - 0,99**
