Abstract

The objectives of PGPR) and Custom-Bio were produces nutrition and fitohormon that affect the root morphology, improve nutrient availability, microbes population and rice plant growth. The experiment was conducted at Bener Village, Ngrampal District, Sragen Regency, began in March until July 2011. The treatment of field experiment was using Split-split Plot, and six replications. Main plot was spraying with Biological agens (Custom-Bio) with two treatments, such as without and spraying Cuspom-Bio. Sub plot was Soaking PGPR with two treatments, such as without and soaking PGPR. The data was subjected to an analysis of variance followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test 5%. The results showed that plants treated with spraying Bio Custom and PGPR increased the total microbial population in soil, populations of phosphate solubilizing and N fixation compared to the without PGPR and Custom-Bio and PGPR produced soil total N and total P were higher compared to the without PGPR and Custom Bio and control (before the experiment). Plants treated with spraying Custom-Bio and soaking PGPR did not affect the leaf greenness level, had a significantly higher number of tillers, and decreased shoot root ratio compared to the without PGPR+Custom Bio and control Keywords; Rice growth, PGPR, Custom-Bio, soil microbial, nutrient availability,
