ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Intellectual Capital
terhadap nilai perusahaan yang berfokus pada Price to book value (PBV).Populasi
dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa
Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2015 sebanyak 40 perusahaan. Metode pemilihan
sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang
diperoleh dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24 perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa Value added capital employed (VACA) tidak berpengaruh
terhadap Price to book value (PBV), sedangakanValue added human capital
(VAHU) berpengaruh terhadap Price to book value (PBV),dan Structural capital
value added (STVA)berpengaruh terhadap Price to book value (PBV).
Kata kunci : Value added capital employed (VACA),Value added human
capital (VAHU), Structural capital value added (STVA)dan Price to book value
(PBV).
