Abstract
Masalah arus migrasi yang kian meningkat dari tahun ke tahun memunculkan asumsi bahwa terjadi kegagalan pemerintah khususnya pemerintah daerah dalam program otonomi daerah, hal tersebut terjadi karena pemerintah daerah belum mampu memaksimalkan potensi sumber daya yang ada di daerahnya masing-masing sehingga banyak warganya yang bermigrasi menuju Kabupaten/Kota yang lebih baik untuk memperoleh taraf hidup yang lebih baik. Masalah tersebut juga dihadapi oleh pemerintah daerah Jawa Tengah Untuk itu perlu adanya peran serta pemerintah pusat dan daerah untuk menaikan tingkat pendapatan dan lapangan pekerjaan di daerahnya masing-masing serta memastikan distribusi pendapatan yang merata sehingga tidak terjadi ketimpangan pendapatan yang mencolok khususnya di provinsi Jawa Tengah. Di Jawa Tengah tingkat kesenjangan distribusi pendapatan masih menyebabkan masalah bagi tiap pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota dan masyarakat karena lapangan usaha yang masih terbatas bagi masyarakat khususnya para pendatang yang bekerja di sektor formal. Skripsi ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis Pola Interaksi Migrasi Antar daerah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2007. Skripsi ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif untuk menghitung model Gravitasi data yang digunakan meliputi arus migrasi seumur hidup, jarak antar Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah ke Semarang, PDRB Jawa Tengah, PDRB per Kapita, Upah Minimum Kabupaten / Kota di Jawa Tengah, Jumlah Penduduk Provinsi Jawa Tengah, sedangkan untuk menghitung Index Theil data yang digunakan adalah PDRB per Kapita Provinsi Semarang, Jumlah Penduduk Semarang, PDB Nasional, dan Jumlah Penduduk Nasional, serta dengan analisis kualitatif yang berupa penjelasan dan keterangan pelengkap. Kata kunci : Arus Migrasi, Distribusi Pendapatan, Ketimpangan Distribusi Pendapatan. In Central Java the level of inequality of income distribution is still causing problems for the government of each district / city and business community because the field is still limited to people, especially the immigrants who work in the formal sector. This thesis is intended to analyze the interaction pattern of the Interregional Migration in Central Java province in 2007. This thesis uses secondary data using quantitative analysis to calculate the gravity model used data covering a lifetime of migration flows, the distances between the County / City in Central Java to Semarang, Central Java GDP, GDP per Capita, Minimum Wage Regency / City in Central Java, Population of Central Java province, while the Theil Index to calculate the data used is GDP per Capita Provincial Semarang, Semarang Population, national GDP, and the National Population and qualitative analysis in the form of explanations and supplementary information.
