Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital and Corporate Governance on the Value of Industrial companies Trade Sector Which Go Public In Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2012-2014. This study uses the Public Value Added Intellectual Coefficients (VAIC) model to test the value-added efficiency of the three major resource companies namely physical capital (VACA), human capital (VAHU) and structural capital (STVA) and Corporate governance Creating sound management and accountability management for the company's credibility by analyzing from managerial ownership, contingent ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees. Of these two independent variables Expected to increase the value of the company in measuring using TOBINS'Q. Pursuant to purposive sampling method obtained as many as 26 trading companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2012 until 2014.
