Abstract
ABSTRACK Immigration became one of the dynamics in international relations caused by many things. Lives were in danger of armed conflict is one of the causes of the migration flows. People were then called as a refugee or asylum seeker. They are looking for areas that have the potential to start a new life. Areas with immigration policy that supports immigrants certainly be the first choice. Sweden is a country in this category. The long history and immigration policies that are generous to entrants make Sweden as one of the destination of immigrants. But implementation of immigration policies are too generous turned out to be a boomerang for Sweden. The government declared a state of humanitarian emergency in 2015. The Swedish immigration sector is experiencing the problem and the government is attempting to overcome it. The adoption of new rules that make it harder for immigrants to come and stay in Sweden eventually be an option. Keywords: Sweden Immigration Policy, Immigration Problem, Sweden New Immigration Laws.
