Abstract
Salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi setiap tahunnya adalah bencana banjir. Banjir yang terjadi di Desa Tanggul Tlare tergolong banjir musiman, baik berupa banjir bandang akibat daya tampung sungai terlampaui, maupun bencana banjir genangan (rob) air laut akibat pasang surut air laut yang biasanya terjadi di dataran rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Tanggul Tlare, Kecamatan Kedung, Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa Tengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Mengetahui karakteristik lahan di Kawasan pesisir Desa Tanggul Tlare. (2) Mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya banjir di Kawasan pesisir Desa Tanggul Tlare. (3) Mengelola kawasan kawasan pesisir yang rawan bencana banjir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dan pemetaan disertai wawancara, pengharkatan dengan analisa kuantitatif deskriptif terhadap setiap parameter tingkat bahaya, kerentanan,dan kapasitas. Sebelum menilai besar risiko yang terjadi di daerah penelitian harus diketahui terlebih dahulu tingkat bahaya, kerentanan dan kapasitas yang ada. Berdasarkan analisis dan evaluasi diketahui penyebab banjir antara lain akibat curah hujan yang tinggi, tingginya abrasi yang mengakibatkan air laut naik ke daratan, kurang berfungsi dengan baiknya sistem drainase di kawasan permukiman,dan tidak maksimalnya fungsi pintu air Sungai Rau. Besarnya tingkat risiko banjir di Desa Tanggul Tlare yakni seluas 56,83 hektar atau 26% dari luas wilayahnya tergolong sedikit berisiko. Sedangkan 161,75 hektar atau 74% luas wilayah Desa Tanggul Tlare tergolong cukup berisiko. Flooding occurred in the village levee tlare are flood seasonal, in the form of both flash floods due to capacity river exceeded, and flood puddle (rob) sea water due to tides that normally occurs in low-lying. The study is done in the Tanggul Tlare Village, Kedung District, Jepara, Central Java .The purpose of this research is: (1) Know characteristic of land in coastal areas Tanggul Tlare Village. (2) Know the factors that cause the flood in coastal areas Tanggul Tlare Village. (3) Manage the coastal areas to flood. Methods used in research is the survey and mapping accompanied interview, pengharkatan by a quantitative analysis descriptive against any parameter the danger, vulnerability and capacity. Before judge great risk occurring in areas research must be known in advance the danger, vulnerability, and capacity is. Based on analysis and evaluation to identify the cause of flood among others due to high rainfall, the high abrasion resulting in the sea water rose to land , less functioning good drainage system settlement , and example water channel functioned Rau River .The size of the level flood risk in the Tanggul Tlare Village namely of 56,83 acres or 26 % of the the area are a little risky .While 161,75 acres or 74 % the area of the village levee tlare is quite risky .
