Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of investment decisions, financing decisions,deviden policy, and profitability of the enterprise value of the companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this research is all manufacturing business which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange, at a period time of 2010 to
2013 consisting of 153 companies. The sample selected by purposive sampling method. The number of the samples was 26 companies. This research use the method
of multiple linear regression analysis to test. The results of this study indicate that
the investment decisions, deviden policy, and profitabilty affect the value of the
company and financing decisions have not an affect to the value of the company.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, kebijakan deviden dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada
perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia pada periode 2010 sampai 2013 sebesar 153 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dari metode tersebut diperoleh
sampel sebesar 26 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa
keputusan investasi, kebijakan deviden, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan keputusan pendanaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
Kata kunci: keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, kebijakan deviden,profitabilitas, nilai perusahaan.
