Abstract
ABSTRAK Dalam menjalankan sebuah proyek yang baru, perlu dilakukan Studi Kelayakan agar tidak terjadi penanaman modal yang tidak perlu. Dalam hal ini Bengkel Bendol Cat yang akan melakukan pembangunan kembali Bengkel pada lokasi yang baru perlu melakukan studi kelayakan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dari pembangunan kembali bengkel yang baru. Tahap-tahap penyelesaian masalah dimulai dengan menganalisis aspek pasar. Analisis aspek pasar yaitu diantaranya menganalisis potensi pasar, menganalisis peluang pasar dan menganalisis segmen pasar. Tahapan yang kedua yaitu menganalisis aspek teknis. Analisis aspek teknis diantaranya yaitu mengenai perancangan kapasitas pada bengkel yang baru, perancangan proses dan fasilitas produksi dan penentuan jumlah tenaga kerja. tahapan yanng ketiga yaitu menganalisis aspek finansial. Dalam analisis aspek finansial yang pertama dilakukan yaitu analisis arus kas proyek dan melakukan penilaian investasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Bengkel Bendol Cat layak didirikan pada lokasi yang baru, hal itu ditunjukan pada hasil analisis aspek pasar yang menyatakan layak. Pada aspek teknis yaitu bangunan dan peralatan yang layak dalam menunjang jalannya proses produksi selama 10 periode. Aspek finansial yang dinyatakan layak karena NPV sebesar Rp. 67.563.050,-, IRR 19%, Payback Period 5 periode 9 bulan, FW sebesar Rp. 175.240.985,-, AW sebesar Rp. 10.995.886,- dan B/C Ratio 1,62. Serta pada analisis sensitivitas yang tidak sensitif pada penurunan pendapatan 10% dan 20% serta kenaikan biaya operasional sebesar 10% dan 15%.
