Abstract
RINGKASAN Pit Lebong Donok Tailing PT.Tansri Madjid Energi(PT. TME) terletak di Desa Lebong Tambang, Kecamatan Lebong Utara, Kabupaten Lebong, Bengkulu. Aktivitas penambangan dilakukan oleh PT.TME dengan sistem tambang terbuka. Target produksi tailing emas pada Pit Lebok Donok Tailing adalah 13.500 ton/bulan. PT. Tansri Madjid Energi belum mempunyai rancangan pushback penambangan, sehingga perlu dibuat rancangan kemajuan tambang agar memudahkan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan penambangan, menerapkan sistem penambangan yang baik dan benar dengan memperhatikan aspek teknis kegiatan penambangan sehingga memberikan keuntungan yang optimal bagi perusahaan dengan tercapainya target produksi yang sudah direncanakan. Rancangan penambangan merupakan suatu tahap penting dalam operasi penambangan. Beberapa bagian yang perlu diperhatikan dalam membuat suatu rancangan tambang terbuka adalah target produksi dan umur tambang, perancangan geometri penambangan, jadwal produksi, rancangan push back penambangan, kebutuhan alat bantu, alat gali muat, dan alat angkut, rancangan jalan angkut tambang, dan perencanaan timbunan. Berdasarkan permodelan endapan tailing emas, diketahui cadangan tailing emas tertambang di Pit Lebong Donok tailing adalah sebesar 192.460 ton dengan pengupasan material overburden sebesar 221.992 BCM dengan nilai overall stripping ratio adalah 1,15:1. Target produksi penambangan tailing emas adalah 13.500 ton per bulan, sehingga dalam satu triwulan ditargetkan 40.500 ton. Hasil rancangan push back penambangan pada triwulan pertama, jumlah tailing emas tertambang 26.716 ton, volume overburden yang dikupas 27.520 BCM. Volume overburden yang dibongkar pada triwulan kedua adalah 46.947 BCM dengan tailing emas tertambang berjumlah 45.553 ton. Tonase tailing emas tertambang pada triwulan ketiga adalah 46.144 ton dan volume overburden yang dikupas 39.668 Volume overburden yang dibongkar pada triwulan keempat sebanyak 55.114 BCM dan didapatkan tailing emas tertambang 46.007 ton. Tonase tailing emas yang tertambang pada triwulan kelima adalah 27.970 ton dan overburden yang dibongkar adalah 52.271 BCM Hasil rancangan pushback penambangan, pada triwulan pertama menghasilksan nisbah pengupasan 1,03:1, triwulan kedua menghasilkan nisbah pengupasan 1,03:1, triwulan ketiga menghasilkan nisbah pengupasan 0,86 , dan triwulan keempat menghasilkan nisbah pengupasan 1,20:1, triwulan kelima menghasilkan nisbah pengupasan 1.86. Nisbah pengupasan keseluruhan dari rancangan push back penambangan yaitu 1,15:1. ABSTRACT Lebong Donok Tailing Pit PT. Tansri Madjid Energi (PT. TME) is located in the Village of Lebong Tambang, Subdistrict Lebong Utara, Lebong District, Bengkulu. The mine working was done by PT. TME with open mining system. The product targets of gold tailings in Pit Lebok Donok Tailing are 13.500 tons/month. PT Tansri do not have pushback mining plan yet, so it is needed to make mining advance plan to make the mine working easier and to apply the right and appropriate mining system consider to technical aspect. In the purpose to get the maximum profit for the company when the production targets plan were attained. Mining plan is the one of important step in mine workings. Some parts that are needed to be concerned in the way to make open mining plan are the production targets, geometrical mining plan, production scheduling, pushback, mine road plan, and the mine pile plan. Considered to gold tailings sediment type, known that the mined gold tailings reserve in Pit Lebong Dolok Tailing are 192.460 tons with the peeled overburden materials are 221.992 BCM with the overall ratio is 1,15:1. The production targets of the gold tailings mining are 13.500 tons per month, so the targets in quarterly are 40.500 tons. The results of the pushback mining plan in the first quarterly of the mined gold tailings are 26.716 tons and the volumes overburden are 27.520 BCM. The volume of overburden in the second quarterly are 46.947 BCM with the mined gold tailings are 45.553 tons. The tonnages of the mined gold tailings in the third quarterly are 46.144 tons and the volumes of overburden are 39.668 BCM. The volumes of the overburden in the forth quarterly are 55.114 BCM and the mined gold tailings are 46.007 tons. The tonnages of the mined gold tailings in the fifth quarterly are 27.970 tons and the overburdens are 52.271 BCM. The pushback mining plan in the first quarterly produced striping ratio 1,03:1; the second quarterly produced striping ratio 1,03:1; the third quarterly produced striping ratio 0,86; the forth quarterly produced striping ratio 1,20:1; and the fifth quarterly produced striping ratio 1,86. The overall striping ratio of pushback mining plan is 1,15:1.
