Abstract
Determination of rate ammunition is ammunition for the calculation of an
institution's willingness to support its activities in achieving the goal, so as to have effect
or a direct effect on the success of the operation and training. Therefore, agencies must
analyze modeling appropriate inventory to meet user demand to keep the right kind of
number or time with optimum cost and must keep applying the supplies to be available in
the warehouse inventory.
To determine the current level of inventory to be done with the "Justification
Experts", as proposed by the user to perform exercises and operations. While the reality
of the matter is currently very volatile due to the condition of the exercise is influenced by
many factors including the amount of ammunition that is less, schedule of activities and
some external factors such as political influence, economic influence and others.
The development of the model in this study is modeled using a linear program.
Development of this model is to calculate in principle the use of ammunition to meet the
service level by calculating safety stock. Calculations are based on the total cost savings
to the use of munitions during the period of 1 (one) year as inputs. From the development
of the model is then analyzed by a factor of the purchase price the cost of ammunition. By
using the Microsoft Excel program should be easy enough ammunition optimal inventory
model. Based on the results in Section Weapons Dislog Lanud Adisutjipto this model can
provide a savings of 8.3% compared to the expert model of justification

Penentuan tingkat persediaan amunisi merupakan perhitungan kesediaan amunisi
suatu instansi untuk mendukung kegiatannya dalam mencapai tujuan, sehingga
mempunyai efek langsung terhadap suksesnya pelaksanaan operasi dan latihan. Oleh
sebab itu instansi harus menganalisa pemodelan persediaan yang tepat untuk memenuhi
permintaan pengguna agar selalu tepat dari jumlah ataupun waktu dengan biaya yang
optimal serta harus tetap memperhitungan persediaan yang tersedia didalam gudang.
Untuk menentukan tingkat persediaan sampai saat ini dilakukan dengan
“Justifikasi Pakar” dan diajukan oleh pengguna. Sedangkan kenyataan yang terjadi saat
ini amunisi masih kurang atau lebih, hal ini karena kondisi latihan sangat dipengaruhi
jumlah amunisi yang kurang, kegiatan yang padat dan beberapa faktor eksternal
diantaranya pengaruh politik, pengaruh ekonomi dan lain-lain.
Pengembangan model dalam penelitian ini adalah model dengan menggunakan
program linier. Pengembangan model ini pada prinsipnya adalah menghitung kebutuhan
amunisi untuk yang optimal dengan memperhitungkan service level. Perhitungan ini
didasarkan pada biaya simpan secara total terhadap penggunaan amunisi selama kurun
waktu 1 (satu) tahun. Dari hasil pengembangan model kemudian dianalisis dengan
faktor biaya harga pembelian amunisi dan menggunakan program microsoft excel akan
diketahui model persediaan amunisi yang optimal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Seksi
Senjata Dislog Lanud Adisutjipto model ini dapat memberikan penghematan sebesar
8,3% dibandingkan dengan model justifikasi pakar.
