Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji ulang aspek ekonomi berdasarkan perkembangan ekonomi sekarang. Metode analisis ekonomi yang digunakan adalah benefit cost ratio (BCR), net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), Profitability ratio, dan analisa sensitivitas. Manfaat secara ekonomi dari pembangunan jalan umumnya memperhitungkan manfaat langsung berupa penghematan dari pemakai jalan berupa penghematan biaya operasi kendaraan dan penghematan nilai waktu. Manfaat tidak langsung/ekonomi makro berupa PDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) akan disertakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan hanya memperhitungkan manfaat langsung kelayakan ekonomi pada suku bunga 12,5% diperoleh nilai BCR = 1,08; NPV = 12.240.994; IRR = 21,05% dan PI = 2,19 serta dengan menyertakan manfaat tidak langsung berupa PDRB kelayakan ekonomi proyek ini cukup sensitive terhadap risiko investasi dengan suku bunga 17% dan juga bila terjadi peningkatan biaya pemeliharaan 11%, biaya operasional 49% dan manfaat turun 7%. Kata kunci: Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), Profitability Ratio, Analisa Sensitivi This paper analysis the economics aspects based on the existing economic development using the cost benefit analysis method. The economic benefits of road construction generally account for the direct benefit of road users in the form of savings on vehicle operating costs and the time value. Mean while, indirect benefit in the form of macroeconomic GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product) is included in this study. Based on the results of that analysis,if the economics feasibility of a direct benefit on the interest rate of 12,5% BCR = 1,08; NPV = 12240994; IRR = 21,05%, PI = 2,19. With the inclusion of GDP benefits of macro economics, the feasibility of this project is quite sensitive. This happened if the investment risk on the interest rate of 17%, 11% increase in maintenance cost, 49% increase in operational cost and 7% decrease in benefit.
