Abstract
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Inspektorat
Kabupaten Sleman yang terdiri dari unsur staf dan pejabat struktural dengan
berbagai macam golongan dan kepangkatan. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak
50 responden.
Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang
dikumpulkan dari pembagian kuesioner kepada responden penelitian. Penelitian
ini meliputi variabel eksogen, endogen dan intervening, sedangkan variabel
eksogen meliputi kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasional,
variabel endogen adalah kinerja pegawai, variabel intervening adalah motivasi
kerja. Pengujian untuk hubungan antara beberapa variabel yang digunakan
analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) .
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional
berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komitmen organisasional
berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan
transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja,
komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja,
motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai,
kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja
pegawai dimediasi motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif
signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi motivasi kerja.
Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasional,
Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai.
The population in this reseach is all employees at Inspektorat Kabupaten
Sleman that consist of structural officer and staff element by assorted of rank and
facation. The reseach of 50 respondent.
Data are used in this research is primary data gathered from distribution of
questionnaires to the research respondents. This research includes exogenous,
endogenous and intervening variables, while the exogenous variables include
transformational leadership and organizational commitment, an endogenous
variable is employee performance and intervening variable is the job
motivation. Test to relationship between some variables are used Partial Least
Square (PLS) analysis.
The results of study concluded the transformational leadership has
significant positive influence to the employee performnace, organizational
commitment has significant positive influence to the employee performance,
transformational leadership has significant positive influence to the job
motivation, organizational commitment has significant positive influence to the
job motivation, job motivation has significant positive influence to the job
performance, transformational leadership has significant positive influence to the
employee performance wich mediated job motivation, organizational commitment
has influence to the employee performance wich mediated job motivation.
