Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Komitmen Organisasional; (2) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja; (3) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; (4) Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; (5) Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja; dan (6) pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja anggota Polresta Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh 760 anggota Polresta Yogyakarta, Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 145 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional anggota Polresta Yogyakarta (H1 diterima); (2) Kepemimpinan Transformasional tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja anggota Polresta Yogyakarta (H2 tidak diterima); (2) Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja anggota Polresta Yogyakarta (H3 diterima); (4) Komitmen Organisasional tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Kepuasan Kerja anggota Polresta Yogyakarta (H4 tidak diterima); (5) Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja anggota Polresta Yogyakarta (H5 diterima) (6) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja anggota Polresta Yogyakarta (H6 diterima). Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan transformasional, Komitmen organisasional, Kepuasan kerja, Kinerja anggota, Polresta Yogyakarta. This study aims to analyze (1) Effect of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Commitment; (2) Effect on Performance Transformational Leadership; (3) Effect of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction; (4) Influence of Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction; (5) Influence of Organizational Commitment to Performance; and (6) the effect of job satisfaction on the performance personnal of Polresta Yogyakarta. This research includes surveys. The study population was around the 760 personnel of the Police of Yogyakarta, sampling using proportional random sampling technique with a number of respondents as many as 145 people. Data were collected by questionnaire. The data analysis using descriptive and quantitative analysis with PLS (Partial Least Square). It can be concluded: (1) Leadership Transformational positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment personnal of Polresta Yogyakarta. (H1 accepted); (2) The transformational leadership does not significantly affect the Job Satisfaction personnal f of Polresta Yogyakarta. (H2 are not accepted); (3) The transformational leadership positive and significant effect on the performance personnal of Polresta Yogyakarta (H3 accepted); (4) Organizational Commitment has no direct influence on the Job Satisfaction personnal of Polresta Yogyakarta (H4 are not accepted); (5) Organizational Commitment positive and significant effect on the performance personnal of Polresta Yogyakarta (H5 received; and) (6) Job Satisfaction influence the Performance personnal of Polresta Yogyakarta (H6 accepted).
