Abstract
Hal utama agar perusahaan dapat bertahan, bersa
ing dalam indurstri
perdagangan maka perusahaan dituntut untuk lebih inovatif dalam
menghasilkan suatu produk. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus
memperhatikan hal
-
hal yang dianggap penting oleh pelanggan supaya
pelanggan merasa puas dan tidak beralih kepada
pesaing. Dalam rangka
mempertahankan pelanggan dan memperluas pangsa pasar, perusahaan
harus mengganalisis mengenai orientasi pembelajaran, inovasi dan kinerja
perusahaan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka akan diteliti seberapa besar
pengaruh variabel orien
tasi pembelajaran (komitmen untuk belajar,
keterbukaan pikiran, visi bersama), inovasi dan kinerja perusahaan
pada
usaha kecil
dan menengah di Kawasan Gabusan Manding Tembi.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Orientasi
pembelajaran( komitmen untuk belajar, keterbukaan pikiran, visi bersama)
yang masing
-
masing variabel tersebut terhadap inovasi
serta inovasi
terhadap kinerja perusahaan
pada usaha kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten
Bantul. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer. Populasi
dalam penelitian ini adalah Usaha Kecil dan Menengah yang terletak di
kawasan Pasar Seni Gabusan, Desa Manding, dan Desa Wisata Tembi
(GMT). Teknik sampling
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode
pemilihan sampel bertujuan
(purposive sam
pling), sebanyak 60 responden.
Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier sederhana.
Dari hasil penelitian uji validitas dan reliabilitas dapat diketahui
variabel komitmen untuk belajar, keterbukaan pikiran, visi bersama, inovasi,
kinerja
menunjuk
kan hasil yang valid dan reliabel sedangkan hasil analisis
dari empat hipotesis dapat diketahui mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan
positif di usaha kecil dan menengah.

Tembi
.
The purpose
of
this study was to
analyze
the influence of
learning
orientation
(commitment
to learning
,
open
-
mindedness
,
shared vision)
that
each of
these variables
on innovation
and
innovation
on performance
in the
small and medium enterprises
in the district of
Bantul
.
This research was
conducted using

medium enterprises

Art Market
Gabusan,
Manding
Village,
and

Tourism
Tembi
(GMT).
Sampling
techniques
used
in
this study
is the
sample selection

aims

From the research

can be known

showed

, while

the

small and medium enterprises.
