Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of Long-Term Relationships, Information
Sharing, Agility, Cooperation, Integration Processes, and Supply Chain Application
on Supply Chain Performance, mediated by Supply Chain Capability (a study on
Pertamina’s fostered MSMEs in the Central Java Region). This research employs a
quantitative method, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool, with
a sample of 65 respondents. The hypothesis testing was conducted using Partial
Least Squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS 4.0 software.
The results of the study indicate that long-term relationships, information sharing,
agility, cooperation, and integration processes do not have a significant effect on
supply chain performance. Conversely, supply chain application has a negative but
significant effect on supply chain performance. Nevertheless, supply chain
application has a positive and significant effect on supply chain capability.
Furthermore, supply chain capability also has a positive and significant effect on
supply chain performance. These findings also reveal that supply chain capability
serves as a mediating variable in the relationship between supply chain application
and supply chain performance.
