Abstract

ABSTRAK
PT Adi Satria Abadi perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang
pembuatan furniture. Proses produksi yang tidak melibatkan teknologi sistem
informasi menyebabkan permasalahan dalam sistem produksi, seperti perbedaan
stok barang jadi, keterlambatan produksi, dan ketidakmampuan dalam merespons
perubahan permintaan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penerapan sistem Enterprise
Resource Planning menjadi suatu kebutuhan bagi perusahaan untuk mempercepat
alur informasi produksi, meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, dan menghindari
permasalahan produksi.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Rapid Applicaation
Develipment. Tahapan dalam metode ini meliputi requirement planning, design
system, dan implementasi serta pengujian sistem agar dihasilkan sistem informasi
yang layak dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Penerapan sistem ERP
menggunakan Odoo Enterprise 17.0.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ERP berbasis Odoo dapat
memperbaiki sistem produksi PT Adi Satria Abadi dengan mengintegrasikan data
produksi, meningkatkan efisiensi proses, memudahkan pengelolaan stok dan
pesanan.Hal ini didukung dengan hasil pengolahan stok bahan baku yang semula
berlangsung selama 20 menit menjadi hanya 3 menit. Integrasi modul sales dan
manufacturing memungkinkan perusahaan untuk merespons perubahan permintaan
pelanggan dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Hal ini didukung oleh hasil pengujian
UAT dengan skor persentase sebesar 80,95% untuk kriteria “Sangat Sesuai” yang
berarti bahwa sistem ERP Odoo layak digunakan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan
perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
PT Adi Satria Abadi, a manufacturing company specializing in furniture
production, faces challenges in its production system due to the lack of technology-
based information systems. This results in issues such as discrepancies in finished
goods inventory, production delays, and the inability to promptly respond to
changes in customer demand. Therefore, the implementation of Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) is essential for the company to accelerate production
information flow, improve production efficiency, and avoid production-related
problems.
The research method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The
stages of this method include requirement planning, system design, implementation,
and system testing to produce an information system that is suitable and meets user
needs. The ERP system is implemented using Odoo Enterprise 17.0.
The results show that the implementation of ERP based on Odoo can
improve PT Adi Satria Abadi's production system by integrating production data,
increasing process efficiency, and simplifying inventory and order management.
This is supported by the results of raw material stock processing, which was initially
conducted in 20 minutes and was reduced to only 3 minutes. The integration of sales
and manufacturing modules allows the company to respond more quickly and
accurately to changes in customer demand. This is supported by the results of the
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with a percentage score of 80.95% for the criterion
"Very Suitable," indicating that the ERP system based on Odoo is suitable for use
and meets the company's needs.
