Abstract
ABSTRAK
Supplier memegang peranan strategis dalam keberhasilan rantai pasok
perusahaan, terutama di sektor manufaktur. Dalam kegiatan produksi berbasis
pesanan seperti di Divisi Alat Berat PT. Pindad, kelancaran pasokan komponen dari
supplier menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga ketepatan waktu dan efisiensi
operasional. Namun, perusahaan masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam
pengelolaan supplier, seperti ketidaksesuaian antara jadwal pengiriman yang
dijanjikan dan realisasi di lapangan, serta penerimaan komponen yang tidak sesuai
spesifikasi. Permasalahan ini berdampak pada terganggunya jadwal perakitan dan
potensi penurunan kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem
pendukung yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menilai dan menentukan
supplier secara lebih objektif dan sistematis.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem
informasi berbasis web guna mendukung proses penentuan prioritas supplier secara
efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process
(AHP), yang memungkinkan pembobotan kriteria dan penilaian alternatif melalui
perbandingan berpasangan. Tahapan AHP meliputi penyusunan struktur hierarki,
pembentukan matriks perbandingan, perhitungan bobot prioritas, serta pengujian
konsistensi data.
Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam kriteria utama dengan
urutan bobot yaitu prosedur (0,247), kualitas (0,2213), pengiriman (0,1587),
layanan (0,1431), harga (0,129), dan finansial (0,1009). Berdasarkan pembobotan
menggunakan metode AHP, supplier Banshu memperoleh nilai bobot tertinggi
sebesar 0,3653, diikuti oleh Leaden sebesar 0,3317, dan Sarana Berkah sebesar
0,303. Nilai Consistency Ratio (CR) yang dihasilkan adalah 0,07, yang
menunjukkan bahwa penilaian bersifat konsisten. Sistem informasi yang
dikembangkan telah diuji melalui User Acceptance Testing (UAT) oleh pihak
perusahaan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan
hasil yang sesuai dengan perhitungan manual, mudah digunakan, dan dinilai
membantu proses evaluasi supplier secara signifikan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat
meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan di PT. Pindad.

FOR SUPPLIER PRIORITIZATION
AT PT. PINDAD BASED ON WEB
ABSTRACT
Suppliers play a strategic role in the success of a company’s supply chain,
especially in the manufacturing sector. In a make-to-order production system like
that of the Divisi Alat Berat at PT. Pindad, the smooth delivery of components from
suppliers is crucial for maintaining production schedules and operational
efficiency. However, the company still faces various challenges in supplier
management, such as discrepancies between promised and actual delivery times, as
well as components received that do not meet specifications. These issues disrupt
the assembly schedule and may lead to decreased customer satisfaction. Therefore,
a decision support system is needed to assist the company in evaluating and
prioritizing suppliers in a more objective and systematic manner.
This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system to
support the process of determining supplier priorities effectively and efficiently.
The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which enables
weighting of criteria and assessment of alternatives through pairwise comparisons.
The AHP stages include building a hierarchical structure, forming pairwise
comparison matrices, calculating priority weights, and performing consistency
checks.
The calculation results show six main criteria: procedure (0.247), quality
(0.2213), delivery (0.1587), service (0.1431), price (0.129), and financial (0.1009).
Based on AHP weighting, Banshu was ranked the highest with a score of 0.3653,
followed by Leaden (0.3317) and Sarana Berkah (0.303). The resulting Consistency
Ratio (CR) was 0.07, indicating a consistent judgment. The developed web-based
information system was tested through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by
company personnel. The results show that the system accurately reflects the manual
calculations, is user-friendly, and significantly assists in the supplier evaluation
process. This system is expected to enhance decision-making effectiveness at PT.
