Abstract
ABSTRACT
CAHYO TRI NUGROHO, Some Factors Influencing The Workers
Motivation "UD YAA QOWIYU" In the Village of Prawatan, Jogonalan the
District of Klaten. Advised by BUDIARTO and DARU RETNOWATI.
This research was held in the village of Prawatan, Jogonalan, the district of
Klaten has a goal to know the factors that influence motivation such as age,
number of dependents family, lenght of working, personality, capability of
studying, job satisfaction, and capability of working. Reseach method used in this
study is descriptive method. The determination of reseach location uses purposive
method. The kinds of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data.
Data source is obtained from the owner of "UD YAA QOWIYU", employees and
the monograph of Prawatan village. The method of collecting data is observation,
interviews, and recording. To analyze the factors influencing the motivation the
writer uses analysis of Multi Linear Regresion, test the accuracy of the model,
Test f and t Test. It can be concluded that the factors that affect the motivation of
workers in the village ud yaa qowiyu prawatan subdistrict Jogonalan Klaten
district are age, number of dependents family, length of working, personality,
capability of studying, job satisfaction and capability of working.
