RINGKASAN
PERANCANGAN SUMUR INFIIL T-7 PADA LAPANGAN TA

Lapangan TA merupakan lapangan yang berlokasi di Cekungan Sumatera Selatan.
Lapangan TA sudah memiliki 7 sumur dan direncanakan untuk dilakukan
pemboran sumur pengembangan berjumlah 1 sumur infill untuk meningkatkan
kapasitas produksi harian. Penambahan satu sumur infill T-7 diharapkan dapat
menambah produksi minyak harian sebanyak 170 bopd.
Perancangan sumur T-7 dilakukan dengan merancang aspek pada vertical drilling.
Perancangan awal dimulai dengan menentukan terget kedalaman, jadwal
pemboran, drilling summary, dan litasan sumur berdasarkan data surface dan
subsurface sumur existing. Selanjutnya, perencanaan mud weight dan casing setting
depth. Perencanaan lumpur dan semen pemboran dilakukan dengan penentuan
komposisi serta volume. Perencanaan casing dilakukan dengan menentukan beban
yang ditanggung casing dan grade casing. Susunan rangkaian drill string dan BHA
disesuaikan dari sumur existing yang berdekatan dengan sumur T-7, serta
penentuan kapasitas rig dengan mendesain kebutuhan per aspek sumur.
Perencanaan drilling schedule dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan sumur existing
yang berdekatan dengan sumur T-7.
Berdasarkan hasil pendesainan yang didasarkan dari sumur existing, didapatkan
hasil dari beberapa aspek dalam pendesainan untuk sumur T-7. Pada aspek
perencanaan desain lumpur menggunakan lumpur jenis water based mud dengan
KCL-Polimer 7%. Pada aspek casing setting depth serta pendesainan material
casing pada surface casing menggunakan grade K-55 13-3/8”, intermedaite casing
menggunakan grade K-55 9-5/8”, production liner casing menggunakan grade N-
80 7”. Pada perencanaan semen menggunakan semen kelas G. Perencanaan pada
rangkaian drill string dan BHA disesuaikan dengan sumur existing. Kapasitas rig
diperlukan sebesar 750 HP dan operasi pemboran berlangsung selama 44 hari serta
biaya yang diperlukan sebesar $ 4.621.593,81.

Field TA located in the South Sumatra Basin. Field TA has 7 wells and planned to
proposing one well development to increase oil produce capacity. Proposing of
infill Well T-7 expected could increase oil produce at least 170 bopd.
The design of the T-7 well was carried out by designing the aspects of vertical
drilling. Fisrt, target depth, drilling schedule, drilling summary, and well trajectory
by surface and subsurface data from existing well. Designing Mud design and
casing setting depth. Planning of drilling mud and cement is done by determining
the composition and volume. Designing casing is done by calculate and estimate
casing load and casing grade. Designing a drill strings and BHA is adjusted from
the existing well to Well T-7, as well as determining the capacity of the rig by
designing the needs per aspect of the well. Planning the drilling schedule by
adjusting the existing well near of well T-7.
Based on the design results based on the existing wells, the results obtained from
several aspects in the design for Well T-7. In the aspect of mud design using water
based mud with KCL polymer 7%. In the aspect of casing setting depth and casing
material design on surface casing used grade K-55 13-3/8”, intermediate casing
used grade K-55 9-5/8”, production liner casing used grade N-80 7”. In the aspect
of cement using cement classs G. The design of the drill string and BHA series
cuztomized by near existing well. The capacity of the rig is 750 HP with operation
time held for 44 days and cost estimate is $ 4.621.593,81.
