ABSTRAK
Dikpora Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta mengelola sistem
informasi beasiswa untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dan Sekolah
Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) untuk seluruh Yogyakarta dengan nama “ Beasiswa
Kartu Cerdas (BKC)”. Proses pendaftaran dan pendataan beasiswa di Dikpora
Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta sudah mengimplementasikan teknologi
menggunakan Google Spreadsheet. Namun dalam mengelola sistem informasi
manajemen beasiswa tersebut terkendala beberapa hal teknis seperti pihak sekolah
wajib mengisi data diri calon penerima beasiswa pada tab sesuai dengan nama
sekolah tersebut namun banyak yang mengisi pada tab sekolah lain atau tidak
sesuai dengan identitas sekolah. Kendala lain adalah perbedaan format dalam
pengisian data diri calon penerima beasiswa seperti penulisan tanggal lahir, alamat
dan data lainnya. Berdasarkan kendala tersebut dibutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat
diakses semua SMA dan SMK di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan
fitur – fitur yang mampu untuk memberikan peringatan ketika terjadi perbedaan
format inputan data dan untuk menginputkan data calon penerima beasiswa harus
dengan login sesuai sekolah masing – masing.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan aplikasi berbasis
web ini adalah metode waterfall dengan tahapan sebagai berikut analisis
kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian dan pemeliharaan.yang
diakhiri dengan dukungan pada perangkat lunak lengkap yang dihasilkan.
Berdasarkan dari data hasil pengujian sistem di dapatkan hasil pengujian
yang dimana masuk ke kategori “sangat baik”. Dari dua hasil pengujian tersebut
dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi dapat digunakan dengan baik oleh
pengguna.

ABSTRACT
DIKPORA of the Special Region of Yogyakarta manages a scholarship
information system for high school (SMA) and vocational high school (SMK)
students throughout Yogyakarta under the name "Beasiswa Kartu Cerdas (BKC)".
The process of registration and data collection for scholarships at the Dikpora of
the Special Province of Yogyakarta has implemented technology using Google
Spreadsheets. However, in managing the scholarship management information
system, it is constrained by several technical matters, such as the school is required
to fill in the scholarship recipients' personal data on the tab according to the name
of the school, but many of them fill in the tabs of other schools or do not match the
school's identity. Another obstacle is the difference in format in filling in the
scholarship recipient's personal data such as writing date of birth, address and
other data. Based on these constraints, an application is needed that can be
accessed by all high schools and vocational schools in the Special Region of
Yogyakarta Province with features that are able to provide warnings when there
are differences in data input formats and to enter data prospective scholarship
recipients must be logged in according to each school.
The research method used in designing this web-based application is the
waterfall method with the following stages: requirements analysis, system design,
implementation, testing and maintenance, which ends with support for the complete
software produced.
Based on the data from system testing results, the test results are obtained
which fall into the "very good" category. From the two test results it can be
concluded that the application can be used properly by users.
