Abstract
The necessary of energy resource was biggest concomitand with the population increase, which resulting level of exsploration and exploitation of energy resource to fulfill people necessary, so that the living could be continue, to reach people prosperity level. PT Pertamina is the one of oil and gas company in Indonesia that is trusted to manage oil and gas from upstream to downstream already to reform good management for Indonesian people. To get maximum result of oil and gas, need for strong determination and increadiable hardworks for theachievement of development progress of economy and environmental standart. Water drainage treatment at field Subang only use the oil catcher with specific gravity method because so many oil and fat that couldn’t be catched by oil cather on that process. That reason can be direct of this research to know water drainage seepage effect of paddy quality fields and to know how much oil and fat with the total organic carbon around the company. To get this information, writer use some method that usefull to get information for maximum result. The method that be used in is survey method, laboratorium analysis method, and interview method. The reason be evidenced with oil and fat with the total organic carbon from CO2 Removal plant actually exceeded parameter standart of regulation number 19, 2000th years. The quality standart of oil an fat is 15 mg/L and the quality standard of total organic carbon is 110 mg/L. The fact is oil and fat with the total organic carbon after laboratorium research have exceeded standard of regulation number 19, 2000th years. Oil and fat have exceeded standard in point number 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. Total organic carbon have axceeded standar in point number 2, 3, 4 and 5.
